Returns Policy
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a generous 30-day return policy, allowing you a full 30 days from the receipt of your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility: For a return to be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Returns won’t be accepted if not in the stipulated condition.
How to Initiate a Return: Should you wish to return an item, please contact us by filling the form. Unsolicited returns without prior request won’t be accepted.

There is no restocking fee but customer will be responsible to cover return shipping cost.
Address of return will be shared with the customer once the return process has been accepted.
Damages & Issues: Upon receipt of your order, promptly inspect the items. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us without delay. We will assess the issue and take appropriate measures to rectify it.
Non-Returnable Items: Please note that we do not accept returns on perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, or gift cards. If you have concerns or queries regarding the return of specific items, feel free to contact us.
Exchanges: For a swift exchange, return the item you have after your exchange request is approved, then proceed with a separate purchase for the desired item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: For orders shipped to the European Union, a 14-day cooling-off period is provided where you may cancel or return your order for any reason, provided the item is in its original condition.
Refunds Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Bear in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

2. Contact your credit card issuer, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank, as there may be some processing time.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange a damaged item for the same one, please contact us at contact@cocoskinbeauty.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the item is returned, we will send you a gift certificate. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the giver, the refund will be issued to the giver, who will be informed of the return.
Shipping
To return your product, please mail it to us. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted. For items over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Cancellation and Return Policy
As a customer, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 2 hours of placing it. To do so, please contact our customer service team via email or phone. After the 2-hour window, orders can no longer be canceled or returned as our automated systems have already processed and shipped the order.
Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled or refunded before delivery. In cases of delivery errors or damaged goods, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the goods to process a return or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
All returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when received. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
